Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a hands-on team member to manage tooling inspection, repair coordination, and backlog processing in a fast-paced setting. You will work with machine centers, die coordinators, and supervisors to ensure tooling Meets specifications and is properly logged.

Responsibilities include inspecting dies, plates, and tooling, coordinating with the Tooling Coordinator, and processing tooling orders and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior corrugated industry experience preferred.
• 6 months experience in Press or Finishing Department preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tooling and determine repair or replacement needs.
• Manage tool backlogs and coordinate with departments.
• Assist with tooling orders, quotes, and documentation.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
