Pratt Industries, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Tooling Coordinator to manage ink and tooling for new and existing items. You will review CAD outputs, place tooling orders, and maintain tooling in the system. The role involves backlog review, tool issuance, and coordination with accounting for payments.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, with preference for corrugated industry experience and hands-on tool/press exposure. OT may be required on 2nd shift.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred corrugated industry experience.
• 6 months experience in Press and Finishing Department.
• 6 months experience in Die Cutter or Flexo Operator.

Aufgaben

• Review and verify CAD outputs (Out, Unitizing, Waste %, Machine Routing, Lead Edge).
• Order tooling from suppliers and create system POs.
• Supply POs to Accounting for payment and billing to customer.
• Assign tooling numbers in the system and maintain records.
• File print cards in sequence; retire obsolete cards as directed.
• Receive tooling in system and release HOLD status.
• Inspect inbound tooling for accuracy and proof other mounter’s work.
• Arrange tooling for repair when needed and update HOLD status.
• Obtain paperwork for CS for new items; complete NIC checklist.
• Review ink backlog to ensure tooling is ordered for new/special jobs.
