Job summary

Employee Magnets, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Tooling Technician to manage controlled items and fixed assets, including procurement duties and requisitions.

You will conduct physical inventory counts, oversee scrapping, issue/return materials, and count assets, while adhering to SOPs and supporting cross-functional teams in PME/QC.

Supervisory elements and overtime flexibility are expected to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above; technical majors (Mechanical/Electronics/IE) preferred.
• Experience in server/system assembly, PCBA handling, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Mechanical assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute inventory counts (stock takes) and scrapping/disposal procedures for controlled items (materials) and fixed assets/equipment.
• Execute physical inventory management and counting for assigned materials and equipment.
• Perform daily operational tasks including: System order creation, Freight/goods transport coordination, Material issuance and return, Counting/checking material consumption/loss, System data updating, Fixed asset counting/auditing.
