You will load and unload tools, inspect for damage, help stock materials, and follow safety procedures while growing skills on the job in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and maintain shop tools and equipment.
• Assist mechanics and technicians with various shop tasks.
• Load, unload, and move tools, parts, and materials around the shop.
• Inspect tools for damage and report items needing repair or replacement.
• Maintain inventory of shop supplies and assist with stocking materials.
• Keep workstations, storage areas, and shop floor clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform general labor and additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
