Kirk Bros. Co., Inc. in Findlay, OH is seeking a dependable Tool Shop Laborer to support our operations by maintaining tools, assisting mechanics, and keeping the shop clean, safe and efficient.

You will load and unload tools, inspect for damage, help stock materials, and follow safety procedures while growing skills on the job in a collaborative, hands-on environment. This is full-time, with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training as you contribute to a respected local company.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, organize, and maintain shop tools and equipment.
  • Assist mechanics and technicians with various shop tasks.
  • Load, unload, and move tools, parts, and materials around the shop.
  • Inspect tools for damage and report items needing repair or replacement.
  • Maintain inventory of shop supplies and assist with stocking materials.
  • Keep workstations, storage areas, and shop floor clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform general labor and additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
