Responsibilities

• Maintain Tool Room and Tool Crib staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
• Coach, monitor and appraise staff performance; enforce policies and procedures.
• Schedule, assign and monitor work requests; ensure uninterrupted tool room operations.
• Provide quality service to internal and external customers by upholding quality standards.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to improve tool/fixture designs and tool room efficiency.
• Maintain safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
