MIRATECH in Houston, TX is seeking a Tool Room Attendant to support fabrication and welding teams by managing tool room inventory, tracking tool conditions, and ensuring safety standards are met.

The role requires attention to detail, experience in warehouse or tool room operations, and basic computer skills to log check-ins/outs and calibrations. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory management, tool room operations, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory or tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time inventory of all tools, equipment, and consumables entering and leaving the tool room.
• Inspect tools for functionality, cleanliness, and safety prior to issuing and upon return.
• Maintain digital and/or manual logs for tool checkin/out, calibrations, repairs, and inventory changes.
• Provide accurate reporting to supervisors regarding damaged tools, missing inventory, or equipment requiring service.
