Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Certification or proficiency operating specialized machine tool equipment.
• Minimum of 4 years of machine tool or machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints including GD&T and use precision measurement tools.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and safety/quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized machine tools to manufacture and repair tooling, fixtures, and components used in production.
• Verify tooling dimensions and quality using precision measuring instruments, comparators, blueprints, and GD&T standards.
• Produce tooling and fixtures efficiently while maintaining safety and quality requirements.
• Support manufacturing operations by ensuring tooling is built to specification and ready for production use.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and cost-saving opportunities.
