Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, ability to read tooling prints, basic computer skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and order materials.
• Coordinate tasks between tool makers and identify improvement opportunities.
• Attend meetings to discuss current and future state of business practices with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in cleaning common areas of the shop.
• Machine tooling and components to meet tooling work order requirements; verify work for compliance to prints and specifications.
• Operate standard manual machining equipment.
