Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking a dependable Tool Room Associate to stock and manage tools for job sites and fabrication shops.

You will receive and check in tools, pull items for outgoing orders, and ensure tools are in good working order. The role requires 1-2 years in a construction setting, ability to operate a forklift and lull, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to multiple sites with variable hours.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferably in a construction environment).
• Must be able to operate forklift and lull.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record to operate company or leased vehicle.
• Must be able to multi-task, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Must adhere to all company policy and procedures.
• Must be available to report to multiple job sites with varying schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in tools at main tool room.
• Pull tools and consumables for outgoing orders.
• Work counter for walk up items.
• Ensure tools are in good working order.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Assist with various tool room duties.
• ToolWatch software administration.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
