Job summary

Staffmark Group in Pocahontas, AR is seeking a Data Entry and Tool Room Coordinator to help keep inventory accurate and tools organized. The position pays $20.00 per hour with a Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and Friday 8:00 AM–2:30 PM.

You will enter and maintain inventory data, track tools and equipment, and assist with day-to-day tool room operations. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; prior manufacturing or production experience is beneficial, and strong attention to

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training beneficial.
• Experience in data entry or inventory roles preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate inventory information.
• Track tools, equipment, and inventory items.
• Organize and maintain the tool room.
• Keep inventory records accurate and up to date.
• Identify and organize tools and materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Support inventory and organizational needs with management.
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks related to inventory.
• Assist with inventory tracking and record management.
• Support day-to-day tool room operations.
