Job summary

Aerotek in Jackson, TN is seeking a Tool Room Attendant to support inventory control and shop operations in a full-time, contract-to-hire role with a 4-day work week.

Candidates will maintain inventory accuracy, pull and stock tools, process transactions in Cribmaster, and help keep a clean, climate-controlled facility with benefits, PTO, and annual raises.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, tool room, parts clerk, warehouse, or storeroom operations
• Cycle counting, stock management, and order fulfillment experience
• Strong organizational and data entry skills
• Experience with Cribmaster or similar inventory systems preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
• Manufacturing or distribution environment experience is a plus

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Experience in inventory control, tool room, parts clerk, warehouse, or storeroom operations

Schedule

• Regular Shift: Monday-Thursday, 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM

• Fridays as needed

• No regular weekend work

• 1-2 weeks of day shift training required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jackson, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
