Qualifications

• Experience using a micrometer, vernier calipers, ice cleaning equipment, drill press and other production tools.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, and manuals
• Maintain and secure work tools
• Clean and maintain facility production tooling
• Clean and maintain a safe work area
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on tooling
• Troubleshoot and recognize damage on tooling
• Use a micrometer, vernier calipers, ice cleaning equipment, drill press and other production tools
• Work with Supervisors, engineers, production personnel, programmers or others to resolve tool cleaning problems
• Develop specs from a general description and draw a sketch of the part to be fabricated

Anchor Packaging, a Georgia Pacific company, is looking for individuals to join their dynamic team as a Tool Prep Tech at the Jonesboro, AR facility. The Tool Prep Techs primary responsibility is to set up and operate conventional and special purpose machines to clean production tooling.

Pay: $21.00 to $23.60

Shifts Available: Monday-Friday 645am to 245pm

What You Will Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, and manuals
