Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Tool Maker to operate band saws, lathes, milling and boring machines to build and repair tooling used in manufacturing. The role ensures quality standards are maintained for jigs and fixtures, aiming to increase reliability, accuracy, and safety while reducing production cycle times.

The position follows a Monday–Friday shift from 5:00am to 1:30pm, and involves fabricating tooling frames, producing molds, and optimizing processes for better yield and consistency across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred or related experience.
• 1-3 years related experience required.
• 3-5 years related experience preferred.
• Experience in fabrication is expected.

Responsibilities

• Repair production tooling when necessary.
• Operate band saw, table saw, powered sander, hand drill, drill press.
• Create trim out fixtures and jigs for Production.
• Build fixtures to fit each manufactured part to optimize processes and reduce scrap.
• Sand and hand polish new molds/tooling.
• Design tooling frames and other structures for tooling.
