Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Machine Tool Technology completed before start.
• 5+ years building, repairing, or maintaining molds or dies.
• Ability to run all manual tool room equipment safely and efficiently.

• Provide cost-reducing ideas to improve operations and reliability.
• Follow safe working methods and 3M safety rules at all times.
