Kaysun Corporation in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a skilled Tool Maker to diagnose and repair tooling for high-precision plastic injection mold work. You will program, set up, and operate EDMs, high-speed mills, and wire EDMs using Surfcam/Mastercam and ESPRIT/SolidWorks CAD tools.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in mold building or repair, experience with CNC programming, and the ability to read complex blueprints.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in plastic injection mold building and/or repair.
• Experience programming CNC machine tools and reading complex blueprints.
• Proficiency with SURF/CAM, Mastercam, ESPRITCAM or similar CAD/CAM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret CAD models, blueprints, sketches to determine tooling requirements.
• Set up and operate Mitsubishi EDM sinker and Makino Wire EDM.
• Set up and operate Roku high speed milling machine; program electrodes.
• Create electrodes from CAD models; verify conformance with precision instruments.
• Assemble/disassemble molds and operate overhead crane; support CI initiatives.
