Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a Tool and Die Maker apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Expertise in operating manual and CNC machining equipment (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders, EDMs).
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application.
• Ability to use a wide range of precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
