Qualifications

• This role requires at least 1+ years of mold-making/toolmaking industry experience.
• Journeyman toolmaker education is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances is essential.
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (surface grinder, manual mill, drill press, spotting press) to make tooling to drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for molds.
• Coordinate with assembly team and attend meetings to ensure project progress.
• Contribute to mold-making projects and ensure quality and timely delivery.
