The role emphasizes a friendly, service‑driven attitude. You may lift up to 70 lbs, work weekends/holidays, and join a team committed to helping tradespeople and weekend warriors get in, out, and on with the job.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Service-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all customers as they enter the store and ensuring they enjoy the best shopping experience.
• Completing all transactions quickly and accurately.
• Offering our Protection Plan on eligible products and our credit card option on transactions (incentive pay).
• Being a team player by helping with stocking, price changes, or other tasks that help serve customers.
