Job summary

Boeing South Carolina seeks a Tool Integration Analyst (Associated, Experienced or Senior) to join the Reliability Engineering Team within the 787 Equipment & Tool Engineering group. The role focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements across the Tooling Value Stream and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This onsite position in North Charleston SC requires collaboration with manufacturing facilities, on-time delivery, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year related work experience.
  • 1+ year of experience with Manufacturing Operations or Tooling processes.
  • 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams on projects.
  • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Tool Integration Analyst (Associated, Experienced or Senior) to join the Reliability Engineering Team that will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and lead the identification and implementation of process improvements within the Tooling Value Stream.

The selected candidates will join one of our specialized teams here at Boeing South Carolina. Additionally, these individuals will align to our equipment and controls engineering specialty within the 787 Equipment & Tool Engineering group.

Reliability Engineering ensures that manufacturing teammates have optimal access and knowledge of how to operate safe and functionally reliable assets. The employee will support the creation of outsourced work packages for offload of asset procurement activities. Successful candidates will have an eye for detail and quality, a collaborative mindset to work with teammates and suppliers, and the technical experience to efficiently navigate Boeing systems.

The position is based at the Boeing South Carolina Airport Campus. The Reliability Engineering organization collectively needs a diverse skillset and is comprised of TIA’s mechanical, structural, electrical and controls engineers.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2), Experienced (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Tool Integration Analyst.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provides visibility to management and customers of reliability engineering projects.

  • Ability to take general direction and efficiently prioritizes and executes work tasks effectively.
Work Authorization Statement

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our North Charleston, SC location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 or more years’ of experience with Manufacturing Operations and/ or Tooling processes.
  • 1 or more years’ of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
  • 1 or more years’ of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Level 4: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 or more years’ of experience in manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of the products, processes, materials and systems.
  • Associate degree or higher in a relevant field of study.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing environments and work statements.
  • Proficient working within the Tooling Value Stream.
  • Proficient with Ariba purchasing systems.
  • Proficiency in ETVS, ETIP, MESci, AR Log, CTMA, Maximo systems.
  • Experience in CTDM and REDARS.

  • Experienced (Level 3): $84,150 - $113,850
  • Senior (Level 4): $103,700 - $140,300
