Job summary

The Boeing Company in North Charleston, SC is seeking an Associate (Level 2) Staff Analyst to support the BSC Site Workforce Development and Resource Management Team. You will help develop the Mechanical and Structural Technical community and coordinate training programs.

You will collect data from multiple sources, analyze it, plan training activities, and prepare status reports for leadership while helping to schedule and track program initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, learning & development, psychology, or equivalent.
• Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.

Structures Multi-Program Engineering in Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring for an Associate (Level 2) Staff Analyst for our BSC Site Workforce Development and Resource Management Team to work at our North Charleston, SC location.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collects and assembles data from multiple sources.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Bachelors degree with a focus on education, learning & development, psychology, or equivalent

• Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1 years of experience developing and implementing learning plans

• 1 years of experience gathering, organizing, and presenting data to various audiences

• Strong desire to support the development and deployment of training

• Prior experience with either education or professional work in behavioral sciences

• Experience with articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audiences including senior management

• Experience working in the aerospace industry

Summary Pay Range :

• Associate (Level 2): $63,750 – $86,250
