Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking an experienced Scheduler for Tool Install to join our project team onsite in Manassas, Virginia. The role focuses on developing and communicating tool install schedules, integrating multiple data sources, and aligning procurement with the construction plan.

Ideal candidates will have Primavera P6 experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of coordinating with trade partners, owners, and project managers on large industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating and scheduling large, complex industrial projects.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean Construction concepts (Pull-Planning, Last Planner).
• Ability to plan, baseline, status, and report project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain base-build construction schedules and tool install timelines.
• Integrate and align commercial procurement and equipment with the construction schedule.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources and reconcile with the plan of record.
• Generate weekly/monthly schedule status reports for management.
• Work with schedulers, trade partners, owners, and clients to communicate schedule requirements.
