Qualifications

• Direct semiconductor tool install management experience.
• Strong cross-functional execution and coordination.
• Initiative, ownership and practical system-building to improve tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of semiconductor tool installs to keep work moving against schedule.
• Coordinate install progress with TI engineering, facilities, vendors, procurement and Finance to remove roadblocks.
• Lead install execution reviews to track status, surface pinch points, communicate schedule changes, drive recovery actions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day execution issues impacting install progress.
• Communicate install progress, risks and execution status to engineering and leadership as needed.
• Improve tracking systems and execution visibility for status, risk, cost and intervention areas.
• Build practical tools, reports, systems, or web utilities to speed and simplify install execution and cost tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement across ramp execution processes for future fabs and cycles.
