Job summary

Texas Instruments in Sherman, TX is seeking an Execution Process Engineer to drive process quality and efficiency on our state-of-the-art 300mm manufacturing line. You will lead quality event management, root-cause analysis, and disposition of affected material while shaping robust process controls.

You will own SFC, optimize chamber/tool matching for best-in-class Cpk, and accelerate improvements to MOOI, cycle time, SMA implementations, and WIP reductions.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality event management to identify and resolve excursions, determine root causes, and contain/disposition affected material.
• Develop and execute strategies for handling out-of-control (OOC) and out-of-specification (OOS) lots, and YE down dispositions.
• Own Statistical Factory Control (SFC) and improve inline performance; identify chamber/tool matching opportunities to improve Cpk and %OOC.
• Identify opportunities to maximize installed capacity (MOOI) and reduce cycle time; implement Smart Manufacturing and Automation (SMA) and reduce WIP wait time.
• Train and develop Process Engineering Technicians; create tools (reports/visualizations) and document learnings in disposition specs.
