Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. is seeking a Tool Install Associate Design Lead to support development of tool installation design packages for leading semiconductor clients in California.

You will work with design leads, engineers, and designers to coordinate multidisciplinary activities across mechanical, process, electrical, and controls systems, developing technical expertise and leadership skills toward a future Design Lead role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Entry-level position; recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop tool installation construction documents meeting project and client standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities across teams.
• Deliver accurate, complete design packages within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to objectives.
• Support scope management and change orders as requirements evolve.
• Collaborate with Project Controls on budgets and forecasts.
• Facilitate design review meetings and document actions.
• Participate in field walks to learn semiconductor operations.
• Track open design and construction issues and drive solutions.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop personal skills through mentoring and hands-on project exposure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
