Job summary

Mazda Toyota Manufacturing USA in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Tool & Die Team Member to maintain automotive stamping dies in a production setting. You will use die shop equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and focus on continuous improvement while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires experience in tool and die work, and offers potential relocation support, sign-on bonus, and overtime. Rotating shifts apply as part of operations to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman Tool and Die certificate or 8 years hands-on experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining stamping dies and using die shop tools.
• Willing to rotate shifts and support overtime.

Responsibilities

• Modify/adjust basic parameters on the tryout press.
• Troubleshoot dies for formability, sensors, and defects.
• Work safely to protect yourself and others.
• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on stamping dies.
• Modify parts using die-related equipment to improve functionality.
• Design, fabricate, and repair parts for stamping operations.
• Weld dies and components using ARC, TIG, and MIG.
• Operate crane and forklift.
