Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the Tool & Die team on the 1st shift.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to meet production goals.
• Ensure safe, quality, and efficient tooling operations and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Train and support team members and maintain records.
