Magna International is seeking a 1st shift Tool & Die Supervisor to lead the Tool Room team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Bowling Green, KY. The role focuses on supervising personnel, maintaining tooling and related machinery, and directing daily activities to achieve safety, quality and productivity goals.

The successful candidate will be a certified Journeyman or possess equivalent knowledge and experience, with the ability to train and support team members while driving

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Journeyman or have equivalent knowledge and years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for personnel and productivity of the assigned shift in the Tool Room.
• Support manufacturing operations by maintaining and repairing tooling and related machinery safely and orderly.
• Oversee and direct team members to meet priorities, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead by example with a positive, can-do attitude and drive continual improvement.
• Assist in training and relief of team members.
