Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Tool And Die Specialist for the night shift to maintain stamping die sets in the Top Cap Press area. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, and setup while supporting production and documentation of work performed.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 1+ years in a mechanical or manufacturing environment, familiarity with English, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Onsite role with PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a mechanical field and in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Knowledge of inspection and measurement, handy with hand tools and lifting equipment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain progressive stamping die sets for the Top Cap Press department.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and improve die sets and supporting systems.
• Operate press machines for testing, sampling, diagnosis, and repair.
• Assist with complex die set adjustments and keep detailed records of work performed.
