Job summary

Taldeco is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Program Manager / Coordinator to oversee tooling projects in an automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in stamping dies and die manufacturing, with solid organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include coordinating projects from design to completion, tracking schedules, and resolving issues with toolmakers, engineers, and management. Prior program management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in tool and die manufacturing, preferably automotive stamping dies.
• Strong understanding of progressive dies, transfer dies, or die-building processes.
• Experience as Die Maker, Tool & Die Supervisor, Tooling Coordinator, or Program Manager.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tooling designs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with engineering and shop-floor teams.
• Previous program management experience is preferred but not required.

• Coordinate tooling projects from initial design through manufacturing, tryout, and completion.
• Track project schedules, deadlines, and progress.
