Milwaukee Tool seeks a skilled Tool - Die Maker to work on stamping dies and plastic injection molds. You will repair, alter, and fabricate tooling, interact with operations, engineering, and technicians to improve processes, and contribute to new product tooling installations.

The role requires journeyman experience in stamping and injection molding dies, along with CAE/CAM tool exposure. Strong diagnostic and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Expert level troubleshooting tooling.
• 5 years’ experience with stamping and Injection Molding die repair.
• Aluminum stamping and machining experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical status to engineering or operations.
• SolidWorks or NX experience a plus; CAM software exposure helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Verify dimensions and clearances using calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Study blueprints to repair or fabricate tools and dies.
• Troubleshoot production and prototype tooling.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and wire EDM.
• Inspect tooling for production readiness and document repairs.
