Job summary

Mount Kemble Search Group is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join a growing manufacturing team in Northvale, NJ. This hands-on role designs, builds, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs tooling, dies, molds, fixtures, and related production equipment that support precision manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong metalworking and machining skills with the ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints, and experience with progressive dies and stamping

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with precision tooling and dies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and specs to determine tooling methods.
• Design, build, repair, and maintain tooling and dies.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement improvements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Inspect finished tools with precision instruments.
• Maintain tooling documentation and safety compliance.
• Support continuous improvement in tooling reliability.
