Associated Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Columbus, NE. You will build, repair and maintain stamping dies, fixtures and production tooling to support automotive manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates will have stamping die repair and maintenance, machining, GD&T, blueprint reading and precise measurement skills. Strong troubleshooting and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with stamping dies and tooling repair/maintenance.
• Machining, grinding and precision fitting skills.
• Blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency.
• Precision measurement and inspection ability.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair and maintain stamping dies, fixtures and production tooling.
• Perform machining, fitting, grinding and tool adjustments.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and modify tooling to improve production/quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints/engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Assist with tool tryouts, setups and production launches.
• Adhere to safety, quality and environmental requirements.
