Qualifications

• High school graduate with certified Tool & Die Maker apprenticeship preferred.
• Minimum 5 years journeyman Tool & Die Maker experience.
• CAD design and 3D modeling experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to read blueprints and use micrometers.
• Experience with pierce, form, progressive, transfer dies and related equipment (presses, lathes, mills, grinders).
• Knowledge of ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on stamping and blanking dies.
• Troubleshoot die problems.
• Work on dies while in the press.
• Build jigs and fixtures.
• Perform related duties as necessary and directed.
• Ensure EMS and ISO 9001/14001/50001 compliance as required.
