The Manufacturers' Association in York, PA is seeking an experienced Toolmaker to design, fabricate, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures. You will read blueprints, analyze specifications, and set up stamping presses and related machinery to meet tight tolerances.
This role requires 5–10+ years in tool and die making or a state-approved apprenticeship, expert GD&T, and strong problem-solving skills working with engineering and production teams.

Looking for a highly skilled Toolmaker to design, fabricate, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures. In this role, you will analyze technical specifications, operate various machine tools, and perform critical repairs to ensure high-quality production standards and minimal downtime.
Develop tooling to First Article standards while maintaining required tolerances to ensure proper qualification of stamped products. Meet all quality, efficiency, and production expectations.
High School Diploma or GED; vocational certificate in tool and die making preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.)
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
2nd Shift*: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 pm – 1:30 am
