Wisconsin Metal Parts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our growing team in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will maintain close-tolerance progressive metal stamping dies, assist with die de-bug and maintenance, and participate in new die builds to support high-quality tooling projects.

• Experienced in maintaining close-tolerance progressive metal stamping dies; die build experience.
• Capable of de-bugging, maintaining, or building new dies as needed.
• Able to assist in building fixtures, gauges and other machined components.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
• CNC experience or SolidWorks helpful but not required.
• Able to stand 8–9 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

Preferred & Required Qualifications:

• Must be experienced in maintaining close tolerance progressive metal stamping dies, with previous die build experience.
• Comfortable assisting with brand die de-bug, maintenance, or new builds as needed
• Comfortably able to assist in building/developing fixtures, gages, and other machined components as needed
• Strong proficiency in blue print reading and GD&T application/interpretation
• Any experience with CNC equipment, programming, or SolidWorks may be useful, but not required.
• Able to stand for 8-9 hours/day with minimal break periods
• Regularly able to lift up to 50lbs
