Wisconsin Metal Parts LLC in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our growing team and work on complex tooling, maintaining close-tolerance progressive stamping dies and supporting die builds.

The role emphasizes precision, fixture and gauging development, GD&T, blueprint reading, and basic CNC concepts. Training and safety are priorities; expect a dynamic, hands-on environment with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Starting pay will be dependent on years of experience related to maintaining and building metal stamping dies.

Requirements

Preferred & Required Qualifications:

• Must be experienced in maintaining close tolerance progressive metal stamping dies, with previous die build experience.
• Comfortable assisting with brand die de-bug, maintenance, or new builds as needed
• Comfortably able to assist in building/developing fixtures, gages, and other machined components as needed
• Strong proficiency in blue print reading and GD&T application/interpretation
• Any experience with CNC equipment, programming, or SolidWorks may be useful, but not required.
• Able to stand for 8-9 hours/day with minimal break periods
• Regularly able to lift up to 50lbs
