Job summary

Jobot is seeking a detail-oriented Tooling Specialist to support aerospace manufacturing operations. You will maintain, organize, and optimize production tooling, manage inventories, and assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance to meet quality and delivery goals.

The role runs Monday–Friday on a 6am shift, offering comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and tuition reimbursement. Prior aerospace tooling experience is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of tooling, machining, manufacturing, or aerospace experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of tooling maintenance, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, repair, and organize production tooling, fixtures, and equipment.

• Coordinate tooling calibration, maintenance schedules, and replacement needs.

Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tooling Specialist to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, organizing, and optimizing tooling used in production. This role is responsible for tooling inventory, preventative maintenance, repairs, setup support, and ensuring production teams have the tools necessary to meet quality and delivery goals.

Monday-Friday

6am shift

Responsibilities

• Aerospace, medical device, or precision manufacturing environment.
• CNC machining, fabrication, or tooling support experience.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality systems.
