GAF in Burgaw, North Carolina is looking for a skilled Tool & Die Maker responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to meet project specifications. Candidates must have solid mechanical and mathematical skills, along with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in both conventional and CNC equipment, with a focus on teamwork in a safety-oriented environment. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.
The Tool & Die Maker will use drawings, sketches, concept models, etc. to determine project specifications. They are required to set up and operate machine tools, finish, adjust parts, and test tools to ensure quality standards are met. Outstanding mechanical and mathematical skills are required while crafting tools and dies. Exceptional technical expertise and a positive team‑oriented attitude are essential for this position.

Base hourly rate: $41.09. Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience, skill, education, and/or qualifications.
