JT4, LLC is seeking an Order Clerk II to manage, issue, and maintain tools and supplies within the tool crib on a military base. You will ensure accurate inventory, process orders, and support maintenance operations for military personnel.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least four years of clerical experience, with proficiency in basic office equipment and data entry. Security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of clerical experience.
• Familiar with basic office equipment (PC, adding machine, typewriter, fax).
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Edits orders for price and nomenclature.
• Determines item availability and suggests substitutes.
• Informs customers of prices, shipping dates, and delays.
• Maintains records of orders and customer information.
• Verifies shipping invoices against orders and updates records.
