PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintains and controls the Engineering Department’s materials tool inventories.
• Maintains daily log of items received.
• Prepares purchase requisitions as needed.
• Issues tools to the Engineering Department employees.
• Establishes and maintains par levels of supplies for the Engineering Department.
• Inspects all tools and cords used by the Engineering Department to identify and potential safety problems.
• Works closely with the Purchasing and Receiving Departments.
• Drives to pick up parts as required (from Vendors throughout L.A. area).
• Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience in inventory control. Valid Driver’s license required and one year driving experience. Must provide a DMV printout.

Education: High School Diploma and/or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

Other Requirements: Knowledgeable with materials used for building maintenance. Ability to identify tool and equipment used by the maintenance employees. Must have basic computer skills. Must demonstrate positive/enthusiastic approach to all assignments. Outstanding attendance/punctuality. Must be clean, well-groomed, and have a professional appearance. Attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the position.

SCHEDULED HOURS

Commerce Casino operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. Schedules may vary depending on business needs.
