Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3–5 years of business support experience in inventory or office administration; wind industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
  • Ability to implement processes to efficiently conduct required administrative duties.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business and administrative support to site leadership for daily operations, including creating and running regular reports (consumption, availability, production, safety, etc.).
  • Assist with compiling data for budgets and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate inventory and tools for site with monthly cycle counts and reports.
  • Support all released planning processes and maximize planning performance.
  • Act as a safety leader and assist with safety stock, PPE, MSDS, and warehouse cleanliness.
  • Travel to multiple sites or locations on short notice and provide coaching or problem solving across locations.

Job description

The Tool Coordinator II (TCII) is responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of non-turbine operations across one or multiple construction project sites. This role serves as a critical resource for site leadership by managing tooling, inventory, logistics, SAP transactions, planning activities, and office administration functions to ensure efficient project execution and operational compliance. As an advanced field support position, the Tool Coordinator II provides leadership and expertise beyond their assigned home site, supporting regional and organizational objectives through collaboration, knowledge sharing, process standardization, and problem resolution. The role acts as a key liaison between project sites, field operations, logistics, and management teams to drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the construction organization. The Tool Coordinator II is expected to operate with a high degree of independence while maintaining strong partnerships with Construction Managers, Project Managers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure tools, inventory, and support resources are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. This position plays an integral role in promoting safety, operational excellence, cost control, and the successful delivery of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Spend time on other locations coaching and/or solving problems.

Act as a safety leader.Assist withsafetystock & PPE, MSDS,environmentalcontainment,manage a clean and safewarehouse.

Drive LEAN processes in the warehouse to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Ability to review, edit, or create WI for the team as needed for existing or new processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GEDrequired,associate or bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience

3 - 5 years minimum of business support experience in either inventory or office administration, wind industryexperience preference

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and SAP)

Ability to implement processes to efficiently conduct required administrative duties.

Ability to work effectively with others
