The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of progressive tooling experience (metal stamping preferred), a state apprenticeship or Journeyman Card in Tool & Die, and strong math and reading drawings skills to train apprentices and

• High school diploma or equivalent plus Tool & Die apprenticeship or 6 years as a Tool & Die Maker.
• 3–5 years building progressive tooling; metal stamping preferred.
• Journeyman Card in Tool & Die.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform advanced math.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
