Job summary

Princeton Precision Group in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Tool and Die Maker to maintain, repair, and create tooling critical to our production pipeline. The role supports Tooling, Production, Wax, and Metrology teams, ensuring tooling meets rigorous quality standards and production schedules.

Candidates should demonstrate extensive manual milling experience, GD&T knowledge, and proficiency with 3-axis CNC equipment, grinders, lathes, and related metalworking tools.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience operating a manual mill.
• Manufacture new and repair complex tooling as needed.
• Inspect finished dies and tools for defects, smoothness, and contour deformities.
• Verify tooling and fixturing meet quality requirements.
• Maintain organized workspace.
• Other related duties as requested.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and create tooling to reduce production delays and support Tooling, Production, Wax, and Metrology.
• Provide direct support to Tooling, Production, Wax, and Metrology by maintaining, repairing, and creating tooling.
• Inspect dies and tooling for defects and ensure conformance to GD&T.

We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Tool and Die Maker to join the PPG organization. The Tool and Die Maker will provide direct support to Tooling, Production, Wax, and Metrology by maintaining, repairing, and creating the necessary tooling to reduce and eliminate production delays.

Requirements

Compensation

• Compensation for this role will vary based on industry specific experience
