Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. This role builds, repairs, and maintains dies, molds, fixtures, and precision tooling used in production.

You will read blueprints, operate CNC and manual machining equipment, perform precision machining and fabrication, troubleshoot tooling issues, and ensure safety and quality procedures are followed. This is a hands-on position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Tool & Die or machining preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and specs.
• Attention to detail and safety focus.
• Experience with CNC and/or manual machining.

• Build, repair, and maintain production tooling and dies

• Read blueprints and engineering drawings

• Operate manual and CNC machining equipment

• Perform precision machining, grinding, fitting, and fabrication

• Troubleshoot tooling and production issues

• Use precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy

• Work with engineering, maintenance, and production teams

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

• Previous Tool & Die or machining experience preferred

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
