Work Environment
You'll join a team of approximately 70 employees in a clean, organized manufacturing facility. This role operates within a modern machine shop environment utilizing CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and precision measuring equipment. The work is challenging, hands-on, and ideal for a Tool & Die professional who enjoys solving problems, building precision tooling, and seeing the direct impact of their work on production success.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
