Accentuate Staffing is assisting an electronics manufacturer in the Raleigh area who is hiring Tool and Die Maker to join their team. This is a great opportunity working on 1^st shift 6:00 am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and repair complex tools, dies, and molds to meet detailed specifications.
• Collaborate on the development of dies and molds for new product designs.
• Analyze blueprints, sketches, and technical data to determine the best materials and methods for fabrication.
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand and machine tools to perform machining and assembly tasks.
• Conduct press trials of completed dies and make necessary adjustments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Perform heat-treating processes such as hardening or annealing to prepare materials for use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with tools and dies to ensure seamless production processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker or in a similar precision machining role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and technical documentation.
• Skilled in operating machining tools such as grinders, lathes, and milling machines.
• Strong understanding of materials, machining processes, and heat-treating techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work within tight tolerances.
