Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Sign-On Bonus $5,000 for qualified applicants

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and other equipment within prescribed tolerances.
• Fabricate equipment, parts, and shielding, requiring welding, sheet metal, and related skills.
• Study blueprints, sketches, or part descriptions to plan repair or reproduction procedures.
• Plan and execute work from specifications using hand and machine tools.
• Perform shop computations using various measurement systems.
• Conduct simple welding and soldering tasks.
• Organize workflow for mass production of parts.
• Work efficiently with supervision and colleagues.
• Maintain a clean work area and report safety hazards.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow safety, environmental, and departmental procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years machining or related experience, or equivalent technical education.
• Knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and machining equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Welding knowledge is a plus.
