Job summary

KBR is seeking an Associate Test Resource Manager to support PMA-280 Tomahawk Weapons System at NAS Patuxent River, Lexington Park, MD. The TRM will coordinate test resources, support planning and execution, and ensure events align with schedules and milestones.

Candidates need a government security clearance eligibility, a bachelor's degree, and 3+ years in Test & Evaluation or aviation acquisition environments. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of three years of related experience.
• Experience supporting Test and Evaluation activities.
• Background supporting NAVAIR aviation programs or related acquisition/test environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage test resources in support of PMA-280 Tomahawk Weapons System program goals.
• Prepare and maintain test resource plans per customer timelines.
• Support review and coordination of test products and documentation.
• Assess risks to schedule, cost, and performance during test execution.
