Job summary

Bright Beginning Kids Academy is seeking a loving, energetic Toddler Teacher for 1 to 2 years old to join our growing family. You will plan and implement engaging activities, supporting cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development in a safe, nurturing classroom.

Qualified candidates have experience with toddlers, a CDA/ECE credential or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with toddlers (1–3 years) required.
• CDA, ECE degree, or equivalent experience required.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
• Patient, nurturing, and reliable personality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment.
• Track and communicate children's progress with families.
• Collaborate with staff and follow licensing guidelines.
